Tiers
Editorial, Commercial, Campaign and Exclusive. Each tier defines duration, territory and number of channels. Custom tiers — including buy-outs by region or vertical — are quoted on request.
What's included
Master files in delivery-ready resolution, with a written license covering the use described in the order. Web-optimized derivatives included.
What isn't
Unlimited re-licensing, transfer to third parties, derivative AI training, and modification of the imagery beyond crop/color, unless agreed in writing.
Credits
Editorial use requires a visible credit (Not Your Typical View) where layout permits. Commercial use does not require a credit; we appreciate one.
Print fulfillment
Fine art prints are produced by our partner atelier on archival cotton. Worldwide shipping. Returns accepted within 14 days for non-custom orders.
Refunds
Stock licenses are non-refundable once delivered. Print orders are refundable per the print fulfillment terms above.
